- New Members
Families who participated in the meeting on 2 June 2013 are automatically offered a place on the club and are recognized as founding members. Others who joined should be recommended by one of the existing club members and they should describe what they think the club is about so their expectations match with what this program offers.
- Officers
We should define the various officers of the club who can run it. We should mimic high school clubs where students in a senior class or who have been around longer get more important roles that others can grow into.
- Narrative
Each member needs to start working on a narrative. A narrative is something that you will use to describe yourself upon graduation or while applying for colleges. As opposed to a "white paper", a narrative is supposed to show your positive side. It should be factual but it need not be overly modest. If you have no idea what you want to be, please say "I have no idea who I am".
- Course Selection
Please have a table showing your course selection in four years by subject and year. We will keep it behind a password but it will be accessible to all members. If and when we start putting personal information like grades, we can protect it further. It can be changed any time but you want to have some roadmap in front of you.
