Annual Show

The Annual Show which will occur on Sunday May 17, 2015, and I am in charge of coordinating this large scale event. We would like to reach out to all parents, because we are in need of volunteers to help make the Annual Show a success for all. We have outlined the areas where we need help please respond with which area you can help in.

1. Publicity: Help with creating Flyer, Newspaper Advertisement, Flyers in Stores, Signs around the town etc
2. Decoration: We need approximately 5 volunteers to decorate the hall and procure supplies
3. Stage Setup: We need approximately 10 volunteers to help arrange the stage, props etc, get the acts ready in queue, basic stage management
4. Raffle Sales: We need approximately 4 volunteers to sell raffle tickets for the event, also someone will need to pick up the raffle drum for the party rental facility.
5. Food Supplies: We will need someone to contact shoprite to purchase the quantity of water and soda's and other supplies needed for the event that includes having the items delivered on the day of the event.
6. Food distribution: We need approximately 12 volunteers to help with the serving of the food at the end of the show.
7. Event registration: We need approximately 6 volunteers to check in quests and dignataries.
8. Permits: We need one person to secure the fire and health permit from the town.

If you have not volunteered for anything else so far, this is a great opportunity to help us and meet your volunteering commitment for the year.
