The show will be on May 17th at Parsippany Hills High School on Rita Drive. The time of the show is 10 AM - 2 PM
Their will be a Dress Rehearsal on Saturuday May 16th from 4PM-7PM on the same venue, that includes setup and Decoration.
The show admittance for parents and siblings of our students is included in the annual fees. Our non-parent volunteers are also welcome free of charge. For any additional guests, Adults and children 13 and older will be charged $10, Children 6-12 will be charged $5. Please send an email to spa@vidyalaya.org if you will be bringing additional guests so we can plan logistics beforehand.
We need decorations for the stage - we are looking for colorful saris to decorate the stage. Anything festive and glittery and reflecting our rich culture, maybe a statue or drapery that would add color and vibrancy to the background is also welcome. We request you to please bring such items to the school this Sunday.
Students participating in Orators class will be given the opportunity to MC the event but that is not a pre-requirement. If there are other students that want to be the student MC, please see Anurag on this coming Sunday.
We still need volunteers for the show, and setup - if you can help on Saturday or Sunday please let us know.
Language teachers are working very hard to prepare our students for the annual show. We would like to request all parents to respect and support our teacher volunteers to help make this another successful event
Annual Gift Order
All Enrolled families should have received an email requesting year-end gift order. Please respond to that email at your earliest. The deadline for placing order is May 12, 2015.
Yearbook
If your kids want to contribute an article to the annual Yearbook, please have them send the article, typed and no more than 200 words, to vps@vidyalaya.us, by May 9th
Admission 2015
Please print, fill up, and deliver them to the admission team along with proper fees, or send them by postal mail.
